Terms of service

By using the XAU Chart service of XAU Chart ("we") at https://learno.mn, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

XAU Chart is a tool that shows market prices as charts, for technical analysis and keeping a trading journal. We do not execute trades, do not hold funds, and do not give financial or investment advice.

2. Risk warning

Trading gold, foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs, crypto and similar instruments is high risk, and you can lose all the money you put in. Results from charts, indicators or any other tool do not guarantee future profit. You make, and are responsible for, all your trading decisions.

3. Price data

Price data comes from third-party sources, so it can be delayed, interrupted, differ from other sources or contain errors. We do not guarantee that the data is complete or accurate. We advise against basing trading decisions on this data alone.

4. Your account

• An account is for one person. Sharing it with others is not allowed.
• You are responsible for the security of your email, Google and Facebook accounts. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
• If you suspect someone got into your account, sign out of all devices under Settings → Security and tell us.

5. Trial and payment

• A 7-day free trial starts when you first sign up.
• After that, you pay for the period of the plan you choose in advance (QPay or bank transfer). Your access is extended as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Payment for a period you have started using is not refunded. If the service is down for more than 24 hours through our fault, we extend your access by that time.
• When your access ends, your saved analysis is not deleted. Pay and you continue where you left off.

6. What is not allowed

• Copying the price data or charts to share with or sell to others.
• Downloading data automatically with bots or scripts, or overloading the system.
• Getting into other people's accounts or trying to get around the system's protection.
• Using the service for illegal purposes.

We may close an account that breaks these rules without notice. If you find a security bug, please tell us at colizsoft@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual property

The drawings and notes you make remain yours. You give us the right to keep them in order to provide the service to you. The charts use TradingView's open-source Lightweight Charts library under the Apache 2.0 license. TradingView Lightweight Charts™ Copyright (c) 2025 TradingView, Inc. https://www.tradingview.com/

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from the service, the price data, delays or interruptions. In any case our liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → My data. If we stop the service, we tell you 30 days beforehand and give you the chance to download your data.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in an important way, we announce it on the site beforehand. These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes are first settled by mutual agreement.
